  • King Jr.  is a board certified ophthalmologist who has performed more than 30,000 vision correction procedures.  
  • A native of southwestern Pennsylvania, Dr. Hartman graduated summa cum laude from Washington and Jefferson College. He then received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. He returned to Pittsburgh where 

  • King Jr.  is a board certified ophthalmologist who has performed more than 30,000 vision correction procedures.  
  • A native of southwestern Pennsylvania, Dr. Hartman graduated summa cum laude from Washington and Jefferson College. He then received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. He returned to Pittsburgh where he completed his internship at St. Francis Medical Center followed by his ophthalmology residency at St. Francis Medical Center/Allegheny General Hospital. Dr. Hartman is a comprehensive ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and refractive surgery. He performs advanced laser assisted “drop-less” suture-less cataract surgery with toric and multifocal intraocular lenses as well as a multitude of refractive procedures. 
  • Dr. Hartman is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology and the Pittsburgh Ophthalmic Society.

  • Coby is a board-certified retina and vitreous surgeon specializing in macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, and other medical diseases of the retina and vitreous.  
  • Coby was born and raised in Greensburg, PA.  He graduated from Hempfield Area Senior High School and received his undergraduate degree in molecular biology at Washington 

  • Coby is a board-certified retina and vitreous surgeon specializing in macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, and other medical diseases of the retina and vitreous.  
  • Coby was born and raised in Greensburg, PA.  He graduated from Hempfield Area Senior High School and received his undergraduate degree in molecular biology at Washington & Jefferson College.  Coby received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) graduating with honors.  He completed a one-year transitional internship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, before starting his residency in Philadelphia at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Following his three years in Philadelphia, he spent the next two years performing a medical and surgical retina fellowship with Retina Consultants/ Albany Medical Center in upstate New York.  
  • Coby is a member of the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology, The American Society of Retina Specialists, The Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Osteopathic Association.

  • Lea Ann is a board certified pediatric ophthalmologist and adult strabismologist. 
  • Lea Ann joins the practice from Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and the UPMC Eye Center, where she practiced as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. After graduating from Princeton University 

  • Lea Ann is a board certified pediatric ophthalmologist and adult strabismologist. 
  • Lea Ann joins the practice from Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and the UPMC Eye Center, where she practiced as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. After graduating from Princeton University in 1999, she received her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in 2004. She completed a one-year general medical internship at Lankenau Hospital, and an ophthalmology residency at PCOM. Lea Ann then completed fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Lea Ann has demonstrated medical and surgical skill in treating conditions that affect the general health of the pediatric eye, such as far/near sightedness, amblyopia, eye misalignment (strabismus), and tear duct obstruction. She has also demonstrated expertise in management of adult double vision and eye misalignment through prism, surgery and eye muscle botox injections. She has spoken both nationally and internationally about pediatric and adult eye misalignments, and was recognized as Clinical Preceptor of the Year for her training of residents at UPMC.

  • Adam is a comprehensive optometrist who specializes in primary vision care, diabetic eye care, glaucoma, macular degeneration, contact lens fittings, problem-focused eye examinations, pediatric eye care, urgent eye care, and pre- and post-operative care. 
  • Adam grew up in Johnstown, PA and was the second eldest of ten boys where he attended

  • Adam is a comprehensive optometrist who specializes in primary vision care, diabetic eye care, glaucoma, macular degeneration, contact lens fittings, problem-focused eye examinations, pediatric eye care, urgent eye care, and pre- and post-operative care. 
  • Adam grew up in Johnstown, PA and was the second eldest of ten boys where he attended Bishop McCort High School. He graduated from Westminster College in in 2007 with a bachelor of science. Since his childhood optometrist had the ability to make him feel like he was the most important person in the room, Adam decided that he would like to pursue optometry as a career. He received his doctor of optometry (O.D.) from Salus University, formerly known as the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2011. During his optometric education, he completed externships at the Pediatric and Binocular Vision Service at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, PA, the Baltimore Veteran’s Association, Contact Lens Associates of Maryland, and Concord Family Vision.
